Gluetec offers services that enable our customers to achieve the necessary quality and productivity improvements. Our work is always undertaken with a strong focus on the customer and total flexibility. We are able to produce customer-specific solutions and manufacture transducers in small and medium-sized series.

A large part of our work is undertaken by means of strain gauge technology. The technology is based on the resistance measurement of wire. When the wire is stretched or compressed, its resistance alters. Through the change to the resistance our transducers are then able to transform the result to another required scale, such as the Newton scale.

Manufacture of transducers
Our choice of material, gluing and other constituent parts is always developed in order to cater for the customer’s needs in the best way. With the help of climate tests we are able to design transducers suited to external influences such as extreme temperatures and moisture. We also have equipment for carrying out vibration tests in order to counteract future interferences in the best manner.

Field measurements
In our field measurements we assume responsibility for the entire measuring process. We can undertake on-site visits and carry out everything from installing transducers and analysing measurement data through to complete reports with recommended measures based on the measurement results.
