Our work process is fully developed for flexibility and speedy high quality deliveries. By means of close cooperation with the customer we are able to analyse the opportunity for employing strain gauge measurement in order to determine changes to constructions and materials.

Our manufacturing processes are fully traceable at all stages from materials, gluing, soldering and through to final inspection.
The applications where our products are employed range from the quality assurance of critical screw unions to the optimising of grinding mills.

By means of a unique encapsulation method and product-designed glue mixtures we are able to offer our customers exact and interference-free measuring technology, developed specifically to cater for our customers’ needs. Our torque transducers are now used worldwide. Thanks to our controlled work process and our expertise we are able to cite many satisfied customers and references.

Transducers for screwdrivers
We manufacture transducers for screwdrivers that are fully integrated with the production line’s equipment for monitoring quality and that open the way to raising process control and quality assurance to an entirely new level.

Our transducers measure the tightening torque in real time. By means of this information it is possible to produce the torque and tightening values for all screws connected to the serial number of a given product, something that had not been possible to deal with effectively through other types of technology.

Our transducers are used, among other things, in the automotive industry where between 10 and 15 per cent of the 2000 to 4000 screws are safety-critical. The ability to check these screw unions, often on the steering-wheel or seat belts, by means of exact measurements from our transducers represents a modern and efficient method of ensuring the vehicle’s quality and safety.
